We carefully package and send out giclee prints in a rigid envelope along with an envelope stiffener for all print sizes up to and including A3.

Giclee print sizes larger than A3 are sent out in wide 100mm diameter tubes by default.

We’ll always endeavour to package your prints in the best possible way to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is standard for all Giclee prints. This service is fully tracked and delivers within 2-3 days from dispatch. Orders are normally dispatched in 2-4 days.

The carrier and delivery price will depend on product you order. Shipping rates will be added at the checkout stage.

We can only deliver to UK addresses at the current time.

Returns Policy

All orders are made to order so returns and refunds are only given for damaged or faulty goods.

It is important that you contact us within 7 working days if there is anything wrong with your order. Please e-mail us using our Contact page outlining the problem. We may ask for photo evidence so we can see the exact extent of the problem.
